Tony has many years’ experience as an educator. Teaching in both government and private school systems, overseas and at Western Australian Universities, Tony well understands the ingredients and requirements for successful educational programs.
After moving on from his educational career, Tony started his own successful business. It was this transition and Tony’s combined experience in education and business that led him to use his skills working with other business owners.
Tony has been integral in establishing and leading hundreds of business meetings, chairing Board meetings and is well versed leading and speaking with people from all walks of life.
A great advocate of student led MasterMinds, Tony has developed a proven agenda and system to ensure MasterMinds are run both effectively and efficiently for the benefit of all members.
In early 2019 Tony founded UpMinded and now offers MasterMind matching and MasterMind mentoring services to the wider Online Education community.

Dale is instrumental in the matching of students into student led MasterMinds through UpMinded.
Dale has extensive experience as a senior executive, consultant and coach, working with management teams and boards on major change initiatives, organisation review, strategic capability, remuneration, talent and leadership agendas. Prior to consulting Dale held Executive General Management roles across a wide range of sectors including retail, health, automotive components, food, wine, diversified manufacturing, building materials, FMCG and resources in a number of large listed companies.
In June 2008 Dale established Tower Human Capital. Dale partners with the organisation to ensure the equality of consulting and coaching support is provided to meet client objectives and expectations. This is achieved through strong methodologies, high quality coaches and utilisation of framework and tools to strengthen and consolidate support.
Dale has extensive coaching experience at a senior level and is a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach.
