  • Have you ever attended a meeting that was poorly organised and managed?
  • Have you been to a meeting that was, in your opinion, simply a waste of everyone’s time?

Tony Robinson

Who will run the workshops?

Each workshop will be run by Tony Robinson.

Tony has often been referred to as ‘Mr MasterMind’, ‘Master of MasterMinds’ and has a wealth of knowledge establishing, chairing as well as coaching MasterMind groups.

As the founder of UpMinded, Tony has spoken in front of thousands of people on the topic of MasterMinds.

Book your place in our limited ‘How to Chair a MasterMind meeting workshop’.

Here is what some of the attendees had to say:

I have never felt SO related to a group of ‘strangers’, in such a short time. That sense of connection gave me a ‘boost’ in my enjoyment of life!

Should others do this workshop? ABSOLUTELY!! I feel so inspired to return to my MasterMind group and to have us all WIN at our goals. But equally important, I want our MasterMind to be uplifted just by being together. The training in the workshop took us way beyond learning the principals of chairing a meeting. I was left with admiration and respect for the individuals in the workshop, and a renewed belief in achieving my goals when I have amazing people around me, supporting me, encouraging me, listening to me.

Thank you, Tony, for what you provide for people. What a massive return I received for investing my time and money into the 3-hour workshop (or in this case 4 hours, and 15 minutes!!)

Workshop Friday

If someone asked you if this Workshop was worth doing – how would you respond?

I would say get your wallet out and spend the money because it’s something you will never regret.

The biggest ‘aha moment’ was doing the role play and breaking the fear.

It was great. Very good for beginners and even for the experienced ones to learn the structure and the proven recipe.

Tony, you have a very friendly yet professional demeanor that relaxes the attendees. You keep everyone on track and cover the agenda’s content.

We went over time because we were enjoying listening to your stories and took advantage of your vast experience which sparked good discussion.

Perfect mantra, Accountability, Action, Results – exactly what is needed to keep moving forward.
Thank you once again.

At the beginning of the workshop, I found myself quite nervous, which is not usual for me, given the years that I’ve been doing Meetings / Briefings and Instruction to literally thousands of crew and passengers, but by the end of the workshop, I was once again comfortable after becoming familiar with the format and delivery techniques as suggested by Tony.

Given that I was in this situation, it’s also obvious that most people without this experience behind them might feel the same or more discomfort. This workshop is an excellent way of easing their discomfort through the practice experience and education received.

Mark M.

My biggest takeaways were that, despite some initial anxiety at the thought of a leading a MasterMind group as Chairperson, the reality is that with a specific agenda and meeting structure, and some basic “tactics” of managing the flow of the meeting, this is very achievable by anyone regardless of previous experience or skill. It also showed how rewarding it can be to guide a team of people, all with specific goals and shared objectives, to participate in a productive and effective MasterMind that benefits everyone.

If someone asked you if this Workshop was worth doing – how would you respond? I would certainly recommend anyone undertake this workshop; not only does it give the opportunity to “practice the theory” for a MasterMind, or any other professional meeting, it also was a great way to realise that regardless of their geographic location, gender, age, skills, background or experience level, anyone could confidently and effectively lead a team of people in this setting.

I think the workshop is perfectly pitched with the content and delivery meeting all expectations.

Tony Robinson has a remarkable skill at being able to draw together, and be instantly relatable to, a group of people with diverse backgrounds and experiences. He brings together a depth of experience in education, business success, exemplary communication skills and an obvious love of teaching to engage, coach and draw out the strengths of people. Tony is an intelligent, articulate, and empathetic person who is generous with his time, and I thoroughly enjoyed his workshop and his interaction with myself and the other students.

If someone asked you if this Workshop was worth doing – how would you respond?

Absolutely, doing the workshop gives you the practical experience before you have a Mastermind meeting. You automatically follow the steps, it makes so much sense doing it.

Again, just wanted to say thank you Tony! Your workshops are always helpful and very interesting to attend, I had a great time!

Maria S.

Doing the role play of chair was outside my comfort zone, I feel this was good learning and great to think on your feet.

Very well run and I can see why Tony’s MasterMinds run smoothly.
